Fixture design isn't a degree you can hire for, there is no ready-made pool of it, anywhere. So we build the skill ourselves: structured training, supervised production work, and a standard you're measured against from the first drawing.

You'll design CNC fixtures and PCBA workholding and make the program to machine them! What we need from you is CAD ability, working English, and the patience for the detailed design requirments that we teach.
